St. Patrick’s Day

With St. Patrick’s Day upon us this year seems like it’s rolling along. We are excited to announce we are officially hiring for the Butchery (Sylvan Lake) to open in a few weeks. We are looking to grow with talented people and serve the neighborhood as the Butcher and Deli go to.

We are going to have all the classic deli meats and cheeses from Boars Head as well as some in house made specialties. The Deli will serve as a lunch Café from the Hours of 11a-3p daily and offer specialty handmade to order sandwiches and salads along with soups and a daily “street food” themed menu item. We will offer full line of prepared foods for your convenience as you travel home we make dinner easy.

Our Meat Counter will rival any in the area with grass fed beef, Local pork (from farms right here in Michigan), and tons of local food products. We are going to have fresh produce for last minute shoppers. With all the fixings we are equipped to cater and create a great event for you, if you are looking for catering and event planning.

So feel free drop us a line tbutchery@gmail.com, or stop in once we are open, we can’t wait to MEAT you.

Colors are a changing at Bella Lena Hospitality and we are excited for the upcoming events and parties we have on the books to cater and plan for. Please get your inquiry and quote done for your holiday event needs, as slots are filling up fast this year. We are in full swing with the planning and starting of The Butchery, we have a basic floor plan, business plan and signed lease for a space in Sylvan Lake, Mi.

We are planning on opening as soon as the build out is finished and we get the go ahead form the proper authorities. We will keep everyone posted as to the progress with photos and blurbs in our monthly blog. We are planning on adding a recipe a week corner to our website where you can come and get a recipe a week and start cooking like a pro at home.

Bella Lena Catering and Events was a proud sponsor at the first annual Fredi the pizzaman golf outing for autism awareness programs at the Plymouth canton community schools. We did not golf well but we definitely enjoyed ourselves and had a great time for an even better cause. We plan on attending and enjoying every year for years to come. As the apples fall from the trees the cider dries in the back of our mouths and the scents of donuts fade into winter I remind you enjoy and good eats.
