After 20 years of planning and cooking for some of Detroit’s biggest moments, Detroit bread Chef Dave has started his own catering and event planning company. He brings experience in both casual and fine cuisine as well as catering even the largest events in town. He and his team have done parties for the Big Game when it was in Detroit, and some of the biggest weddings at The Townsend Hotel or The Ritz Carlton Dearborn over the years. Party planning, menu planning and event coordination is what Chef Dave “does”. He can’t wait to help you plan your next big event.

Julie has several catering and baking experiences that bring her to a well-rounded view of food. Julie has a very unique style of her own that blends classic and homemade to a refined level.

Catering and Event Planner-coordinator/ Sales

Elaine has planned and coordinated events for the Plymouth Canton Schools over the years as well as planned several weddings. Elaine is a very detail oriented planner who loves creating that special event from the details of the menu to the execution of the last cleanup of the night. Elaine is a very hand on catering director who loves planning and taking control for you to relax.
